Love Nature is a channel that broadcasts documentaries and television series related to wildlife and nature. I designed their Love Nature app when it was available on Apple and Android, as well as refreshed their brand with new colours and fonts. I also created print and digital ads to promote the channel.

Love Nature App Development

Overview:

With the Love Nature channel growing quickly, our clients wanted to utilize their success with an app. This would feature a video streaming service of their most popular nature shows.

Challenge:

The task was to create a video streaming platform for nature-lovers who didn’t own cable TV and did not have access to the Love Nature channel. Since Love Nature wanted to cater to a substantial part of that market and our clients wanted to ensure an experience that was easy for users to adopt and recognize.

Solution:

Working closely with the developer team, we created wireframes in Sketch and implemented them to a working UI. We utilized the new branding, encasing the theme with bright colours and friendly typefaces.

Result: 

An app was created that was easily accessible, drawing inspiration from popular streaming apps. The product was a success at initial launch, with new subscribers every month. Unfortunately, the team was disbanded due to budgeting and the app is no longer available.
